CLASS UPDATE-(December 6th)

Today in class we worked on Act 54 graphs and analysis questions. We troubleshooted two graphs and finally worked them out. Some people also had a meeting with Mrs. Carwright to go over grades. Homework for tonight is to continue the genes homework and tomorrow only E block will have class due to the field trip. Next week only one blog will be posted a week due to that many people have been not reading the blog. Our solution is to write one week ;summary and have everyone read it over the weekend. On monday classes will be asked questions to make sure they read the blog. Therefore the blog will be read by students in 7th grade. :)

More posts to come

***UPDATE ON TROUT***
The trout are now called fry and most of them have been released from the hatching basket and are swimming around. The trout are so far doing well so 7th Graders make sure you know how to take care of them so we can keep them til the end of the year and release them into the wild and keep the population alive.

Getting Back into the Swing

Hey 7th Graders! Yesterday (Monday) was the first day back from winter vacation! We looked at SMARTnotes that can be downloaded from first class (as always). It is called "controlled experiment". It goes over what you need for a good experiment, what the independent, dependent, and constant variables and control would be in a certain experiment, and even lets you practice on a word document! And Remember: We have a quiz on Controlled experiments and the Trout this THURSDAY!
